Refund policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are handmade and many are customized using customer‑provided photos, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
2. Proof Approval Policy
For custom items, customers receive a proof before production begins. By approving the proof, the customer confirms:

The photo is clear and acceptable

They have reviewed all details, including cropping, lighting, shadows, hair, and placement

They understand the final product will reflect the approved proof

They accept natural variations due to sublimation, printing, or handmade processes
Once a proof is approved, no remakes, refunds, or changes will be provided for issues that were present in the original photo or overlooked during approval. Customers are responsible for reviewing their photos carefully, as they know their images best.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error made by The Family Creation, LLC, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:

The shipping label
If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will remake or replace the item at no cost.
We cannot remake or refund items due to:

Customer‑provided photos that are blurry, dark, cropped, or low‑quality

Details the customer missed during proof approval

Color differences between screens and printed items

Normal handmade variations
4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, The Family Creation, LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
