Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed in the order they are received. Processing times are listed on each product page and may vary depending on the item and season.

Custom orders begin only after proof approval (when applicable). Delays in approving your proof will delay your order’s production and shipping timeline.


2. Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from processing time. Once shipped, most orders arrive within the carrier’s estimated delivery window, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues. The Family Creation, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.


3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through USPS. The carrier is selected based on the most reliable and cost‑effective option at the time of shipping.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is no longer in our control.

The Family Creation, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delayed packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist with information needed for your claim, but we cannot replace or refund orders affected by carrier issues.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee.


7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


8. Local Pickup (If Offered)

If local pickup is available, instructions will be provided after checkout. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled without refund unless prior arrangements are made.


9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during production or packaging, we will replace the item. Damage caused by the carrier must be filed as a claim with the carrier.
