Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. All payments must be completed at checkout. Orders will not begin processing until payment is received.


6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Once an order is handed to the carrier, The Family Creation, LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


7. Returns, Exchanges & Proof Approval Policy

Because all items are handmade and many are customized using customer‑provided photos, all sales are final.

Before production begins, customers receive a proof for approval. By approving the proof, the customer confirms:

  • The photo is clear and acceptable

  • They have checked for issues such as hair, shadows, lighting, cropping, or facial obstructions

  • They understand the final product will reflect the approved proof

  • They accept any natural variations due to sublimation, lighting, screen differences, or handmade processes

Once a proof is approved and the item is made, no remakes, refunds, or changes will be provided for issues present in the original photo or overlooked during approval. Customers are responsible for reviewing their photos carefully, as they know their images best.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error by The Family Creation, LLC, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.


8. Custom Orders

Custom orders require clear communication and approval before production begins. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional fees. The Family Creation, LLC reserves the right to decline custom requests that violate copyright or trademark laws.


9. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for:

  • unlawful purposes

  • violating intellectual property rights

  • harassing or abusive behavior

  • interfering with security features


10. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
